Privacy Policy

Greenville Zen Center keeps this simple, because we collect very little. This policy explains what we gather when you visit this website or write to us, and how we treat it.
What we collect
When you visit. We use two analytics tools to understand how the site is doing, and neither is used for advertising. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page views without cookies and without building a profile of you. Microsoft Clarity helps us see which sections people read, where they click, and where they get stuck, through heatmaps and anonymized session replays. Unlike Cloudflare, Clarity sets cookies, and its recordings automatically mask the text you type and the contents of forms. We use all of this only to make the site clearer and more welcoming, never to identify you, and we never sell or share it.
When you sign up for our newsletter. If you give us your email address, we store it with our email provider for the single purpose of sending you sitting times and the occasional note about the practice. We use double opt-in, so you will receive a confirmation email and are added only after you confirm. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message, and we will remove you promptly.
When you write to us. If you email [email protected], we keep your message so we can reply and, if you are planning a first visit, prepare a welcome for you. We do not use it for anything else.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not run advertising on this site. We share your information only when the law requires it, or with the service providers who help us run the newsletter and the site, and only to the extent they need it to do that work.
Service providers
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, with analytics by Cloudflare and Microsoft Clarity. Our newsletter and the beginner's guide are handled through Zeffy. Each of these companies processes data under its own privacy terms.
Your choices
You may ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will take care of it.
You can also limit the analytics described above with your browser's privacy controls, such as Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, private browsing, or a content blocker.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top. Because the site and the community are young, expect this page to grow more specific as our tools are finalized.
